I have other projects in the works, but this was very appealing in many ways: easy, colorful, could make use of stash. It delivered the promise of being a fun break from some other, more complex pieces. Fun, too, to see what other makers were creating.

(I had surgery and I had complications with the anesthesia so I had to be hospitalized, but I’m on the mend not too long I hope).
Excited to use this pattern. Great directions and very helpful hints on the videos. I will make some 2.5" strips from fabric leftover from other projects. It will be scrappy yet unified with assorted cream and light yellow borders on half of the blocks.
A fun easy quilt
It was good but it was a shame that it was on the same day as Jumbo Laya.
I think it would have been better for it to have its own day, maybe Friday instead.
Written pattern and video are great. Such a fun pattern. My first truly scrappy quilt using my 2.5 in. Strips!

I'm sorry, but I have not been able to start, because my husband has been hospitalized since Sunday, April 19, 2026. I'm spending 10 to 12 hours a day at the hospital with him. Will get to it eventually.
